How Aqua’s Volume Data Was Consolidated
The following pages show how Aqua’s six pages of consumption data (LINK) is consolidated into the following table:

Aqua’s compliance data is divided into two parts: Three pages of “Consumption Analysis” and three more pages of “Billing Adjustments”. The following table is a one to one matching of Aqua’s consumption data. The numbers highlighted in yellow bear a one to one relationship with Aqua’s consumption data (LINK).

Likewise, the following table is a one to one matching of Aqua’s “Billing Adjustments”, Again, the numbers highlighted in yellow bear a one to one relationship with Aqua’s data (LINK)

The next step is to consolidate Aqua’s consumption data and billing adjustments by simply adding the number from the two above tables. The result is:

Finally, dropping all the zero lines at the bottom of the page results in Table #1 shown at the top of this webpage.
