As a customer of the Chester Water Authority, I urge you to tell your appointed financial receiver for the city of Chester to stop the water grab and rescind his recent water plan. Do not allow him to cash out the invaluable public water assets. Instead, protect water and wastewater systems as public assets and affordable services.

Please revoke any and all policies that promote water and wastewater privatization schemes. Instead, take a stand for public water and for cities like Chester by providing the real resources that distressed cities need.
